Occupancy Inspections
Our occupancy inspection service provides information detailing whether or not a property is owner occupied. This allows our customers to determine if their borrowers are meeting the underwriting requirements of their loan. We can make announced or unannounced visits based on specified requirements.
Our inspectors will make up to three attempts over a three-day period or a one-attempt rush service is also available.
